How your order information is used.

TradePage Fix is operated by Deryn Doyle-Brown, a UK sole trader. We collect the details you enter in the customer brief so we can take payment, prepare your homepage copy, deliver it and handle your included revision.

Information we collect

This includes your name, email address, business information, website link, service area and the instructions you provide for your copy. Stripe processes payment information; TradePage Fix does not receive or store your full card details.

How it is used

We process this information because it is necessary to provide the service you request. Order details may be handled by our website hosting, Stripe, OpenAI and email-delivery providers only where needed to operate and fulfil the service.

Retention and your choices

Briefs and finished copy are retained for up to 90 days after delivery for revisions and support, unless they must be kept longer for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of information that does not need to be retained by replying to any TradePage Fix order email.
