Service terms

Clear terms before you pay.

These terms explain who supplies the service, what is included, when it is delivered, and how cancellations and refunds work. Please save or print this page for your records.

1. Who we are

TradePage Fix is operated by Deryn Doyle-Brown, a UK sole trader. The service is supplied online from England, United Kingdom. Contact and cancellation notices should be sent to support@tradepagefix.co.uk.

2. The service

The Homepage Copy Fix is a personalised copywriting service for one business homepage. It includes a ready-to-paste copy pack containing a page title and search description, hero copy, three service sections, trust and About copy, a call to action, five FAQs and a short implementation note. It does not include website design, website editing, advertising, legal review or a guarantee of search ranking or sales.

3. Price and payment

The total price is £39. There is no subscription, delivery charge or optional extra. Payment is taken securely by Stripe using the payment methods shown at checkout. TradePage Fix does not receive or store your full card details.

4. How an order is placed

  1. You complete and check the customer brief.
  2. You accept these terms and request that work starts after payment.
  3. You continue to Stripe and approve the £39 payment.
  4. We email an order confirmation, prepare the copy and deliver it to the email address supplied.

A contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment. Please contact us promptly if your order confirmation contains an error.

5. Delivery

Delivery is by email within one working day after cleared payment and receipt of a complete, usable brief. A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. If information needed to complete the work is missing or contradictory, we will ask for it and the delivery period will restart when it is received.

6. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and have the right to use any names, claims, reviews or other material you submit. We will not invent qualifications, guarantees, results, reviews or locations. You are responsible for checking the final factual details before publishing the copy.

7. Included revision

One focused revision is included if requested within seven calendar days of delivery. It covers factual corrections, tone adjustments and small changes of emphasis. A new service range, location strategy or brand direction is outside the original order and may require a separate quote.

8. Cancellation and cooling-off rights

You may cancel by emailing support@tradepagefix.co.uk. If you are legally a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the date of the contract to cancel. At checkout you expressly request that the personalised service starts as soon as payment is confirmed. If you cancel after work has started, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already supplied. Once the service has been fully performed, your 14-day cancellation right ends.

If you are ordering wholly or mainly for your trade or business, statutory consumer cooling-off rules may not apply. We will still give a full refund if you cancel before work starts.

9. Problems and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights. If the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, is materially not as described, or is not delivered within the agreed period, contact us so we can put it right. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

10. Cancellation form

You may cancel with any clear statement. If useful, copy the form below into an email to support@tradepagefix.co.uk:
